Gregory Sobel Diversity in Mediation Scholarship

The late Gregory Sobel The Gregory Sobel Diversity in Mediation Scholarship was established as a tribute to the late Gregory Sobel, who was an accomplished mediator and a tireless advocate for increasing diversity in the ADR field. The Scholarship, managed by the Center for Alternative Dispute Resolution, was created by a generous bequest from Gregory Sobel's estate. It seeks to equip current and future ADR practitioners with the knowledge and skills necessary to carry on the work of this prominent peacemaker.

A limited number of scholarships to the Center's Certificate Program in Dispute Resolution, the Center's ADR Training Program, and the Center's Annual Conference will be awarded to eligible candidates each year. Interested individuals must complete the Scholarship Application Form. The Gregory Sobel Diversity in Mediation Scholarship Committee will review scholarship applications and select recipients. Recipients who best meet the following criteria will be selected:
